  • The position:

    European Sales Director Adecco Solutions (OTE 160K plus)

    Who will be supporting the European Managing Director Adecco Solutions in achieving the objectives through a combination of strategic initiatives, sales strategy execution and a close working relationship with the European Sales community across countries in order to build a stronger, more profitable and longer term client relationship.

    Key responsibilities:

    Expands Adecco Solutions offerings in existing accounts and identified prospects. Engages Solutions Services, country Account Management, Delivery, Technology Partners and Implementation at appropriate points within the sales cycle. Exceeds annual sales targets both at an individual level and team level.
    Develops and maintains a pro-active sales process by targeting prospects within portfolio of accounts by establishing/maintaining business relationships with key decision makers. Develops alliances with VMS Vendors and other business partners to expand solution offerings and pipeline.

  • Our client demands excellent skills and a wide international experience:

    The candidate has a university degree and experience in MSP and or RPO engagements ranging from (pre)sales process up to negotiations and contract closure. She/He thinks strategically, has a strong sales track record in complex client solutions, has demonstrated to master consultative sales techniques and has international working experience.And even more:

    The successful candidate is a committed, reliable, self-driven and results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high quality. She/he has excellent communication skills and is a team player. Fluent English is a prerequisite, knowledge of other language is a significant asset.

    The position is European based and requires extensive traveling.

    We are looking for somebody, who is capable of closing at least one mayor deal ( app. € 100.000.000 annual spend volume) within a year and outperforms this every next year.
    You need to have a passion for and experience in international sales on an executive level on the other hand, you are prepared and willing to build your own business case from scratch. You leverage extensive consultative skills to translate client needs into a comprehensive winning business model for Adecco Solutions

    The position is: New business sales, sales and sales with a long lead time to market.

    We challenge professionals from other industries like, telecom, utilities, ICT etc. to react on this position.
